At Belmonte Bath, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury fixtures aren't a perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label securely to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fixture to ensure it is in resellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
